Precision Pastures can help with all aspects of establishing, soil sample testing and monitoring soil carbon projects, end-to-end.
Precision Pastures are experienced in soil sampling and testing for carbon farming initiatives. Using purpose-built equipment and software, we can determine your soil carbon levels and sequestration potential. We’re also able to complete your full carbon farming audit requirements, including baseline soil sampling.
CARBON STARTER REPORT
Precision Pastures offer a Carbon Starter Report.
The Carbon Starter Report is a two-part preliminary assessment of any farm’s ability to profitably and sustainably deliver a soil carbon project, which
- helps farmers understand their own carbon farming potential and explains the processes involved to register for a soil carbon project.
- uses leading spatial technology AND comprehensive on-the-ground soil sampling and testing to accurately verify a farm’s soil carbon prospectivity, unlike any other service provider in the marketplace.
- aims to streamline and clarify carbon farming to farmers interested in this opportunity.
The Carbon Starter Report costs $2,000 per farm for Part A and $3,000 per farm for Part B.
